Gillian Duffy: the person who should apologise

There are so much to be talked now about Gillian Duffy and Gordon Brown. But I can't really understand why is so much attention towards G.Duffy. Looks like some of Mr. Gordon Browns words are in some way true. In my opinion she is just using the situation and wants become to be famous. What will come next? Book released by G.Duffy?
It seems in this country most not welcome are Eastern Europeans. I been trying to comment on timesonline.co.uk but my comment wasn't approved. The comments on Milena Popova's " This disenfranchised eastern European will receive no apology" article in guardian.co.uk are also suspended and many of them removed. Sadly, but the facts speaks for itself. I'm myself Eastern European living and working in London. To the attention of Gillian Duffy there are no boards and is free movement within EU. All the Eastern Europeans are mostly honest and hard working people only very few claiming benefits. But there is much bigger percentage of Asian and African immigrants and the question is how they getting to the country. Message delivered by Gillian Duffy was clearly addressed particularly to Eastern Europeans. For me this is abusing and very discriminating. I think G.Duffy should be charged for discrimination and not showed as a victim. In this case victims are Eastern European community in UK. Although I will vote for conservatives in this case I'm 100% supporting Mr. Gordon Brown and can't see any reason why he should apologise. The only person who should apologise in this situation is Gillian Duffy.
It's very sad that in this multicultural country only the Eastern Europeans are not welcome.

My painting

Hi, this time a want to share with you my art. The art I'm creating. I been in to arts long time but actually never been painting. So decided to buy some brushes, paints and go ahead. I found acrylic on good offer and knowing is easy to paint and easy to dry wanted to experiment with this. I had this picture in my mind (to be more precise- imagination) for longer time. Basically that's why I wanted to start painting, just to perpetuate some of my visions.
All the idea came while my family been away for a while. The are two faces: mother and daughter. The strong relationship between them: love and unity. Their are bounded together in one strong unit.
Ok, below it is "Mother and child"- dedicated to my family. Acrylic on canvas. 240x300mm

Find the Keywords that really works

I covered already some of the keyword basics in previous blog "Choosing the right domain name" but now I will reveal some more tips on how to find the keywords that really works. If you are starter- read it carefully. If you advanced or professional internet marketer you can skip this, but there might be some good information you probably simply forgot. Sometimes we forgetting the simplest things while looking for the difficult solutions and thinking: more complicated- better should be. Geniality is hiding in simplicity. Sorry for my english but I'm not Oxford graduate (despite heaving Hon's in BA) and never learned it at the first place. All I picked up just in couple of years while living in UK (same as German and Russian, and couple of other languages).
While you been looking for the domain name you already came across some of the keywords and successfully used. But you will still need them to optimise your page, blog, article or whatever you like. Here is the main things where you will use your keywords:

1. In your title html code (title has include at least one keyword)
2. In your site's meta description (description of your site up to 120 characters using keywords)
3. In your site's meta keywords (6-12 keywords)
4. On your site's, blog's or article's content
5. Writing the adds (especially when you use Adwords, so called PPC or PPV)

So, you will need a bunch of keywords or, I would better say,  keyword variations. Do the research, use them right and this will increase your PR (page ranking) significantly. Wouldn't be nice to see your site on Google's or Yahoo's first page? This is when you really start earn decent money.
Lets say you niche is  Holidays. If you check on google keyword tool you will come up with 37 mln monthly searches worldwide and 136 mln results on google's main page. What is the chances to succeed in that competition? Probably looks less than win the lottery. So, just forget everything and go get the Lottery ticket, sit back and wait for results as you have more chances in winning this. I'm kidding:) You have more chances than you think!
It all depends on the quality you use your keywords throughout your website, blog or article. Let's say if you go for "cheap europe holidays" or "cheap holidays to cannes" instead of "holidays", that makes more precise. Instead of word "holidays" you can use "vacation" (as this one is more popular in US) or simply "trip". So, try to use long tale keywords and all possible keyword variations as this has less competition and brings more targeted traffic to your website to.

Tip: In google search bar type in ~keyword (eg ~holidays). This will bring up al the associated keyword synonyms highlighted.

There are some free tools to do your keyword serearch:
google keyword tool
spyfu.com
keywordspy.com

My suggestion: type in the search engine the keyword most relevant to you, research the websites which ones comes up first. Copy them and do the same. I don't mean copy 1to1 (as you might be in trouble), but this gives your a good idea. Open the first position website and look at the "view source". Look at  the keywords they use. Do the same with the next one and so on until you shout out: "Eureka" :)
If they successfully applied them, you can too. But this is only first step towards SEO.
You have to use them correctly throughout your content. And don't forget: you HAVE to use them NATURALY. If not using at all it doesn't makes sense to put them at the first place. But on this I will write in one of my next blogs.

Tip: Don't drop the keywords that hasn't got big volume in searches. If they had last month only 150 searches, maybe in two months or so can be 15000. They might be seasonal. Good example is "christmas". How many for as searching for "christmas" in summer time and how many before Christmas? Does it makes sense?

This is it for now. Will write about it more later. I remembered "This is it" of Michael Jackson straight away. I loved that guy. He is legend. Thinking of doing some remix out of one of his songs. If I do, I will let you know and all my followers will download it for free. but in the meantime you can check my other tunes on www.myspace.com/stereomass. Sorry, but there is only old ones.

Oh, and BTW- successful searches for the keywords.

Choosing the right domain name

Sometimes to choose the right domain name for your blog or website can be very complicated. I don't know how about you, but once I write music the hardest thing for me is to name the track. Of course you want to get the name directly associated with your business or something you do. But once you go to any domain registration site and check availability all of them are taken already. If you really find the one you like, just type in to your browser and see what pops up. If it is allready business, go look for another one. If your search ends up with domain parking site you can do enquiry. If it comes up 404 error site or your browser can't find it- just search for WHOS and contact the person with your enquiry. Easy? Yeah, sometimes we looking for the hard ways while forgetting the easiest things.
The most important thing in your domain name is- your name has to be relevant and associated with the business you do or product you sell. Lets say you selling sofas. There is no chance sofas.com will be available (.com is still he most common and popular domain extension). But you can look for sofastore.com ar sofa-store.com (or simply try to swap extension to .net or whatever you like). Try to find it most relevant and short as possible name to something you do.
Once you found one, go and do some research. Look at google keyword tool to see for searches ("phrase" and "exact" gives you the best picture of searches made monthly). In this section you can find other keyword suggestions but, as the other suggests don't bother about the ones which are less then 1000 searches a month, I strongly advice you to count for every keyword possible. It might be seasonal. Lets say "christmas gifts". How many of as will search for it summer time and how many before Christmas? The difference can be enormous. Does it makes sense? Yes, it does.
Next free tool you can use for your domain name research is spyfoo.com
Tip:
if you can't find the right one for you, just type in web domain of your competitor (which you can find again by typing in the search engine the most relevant keyword for you) in keywordspy.com (another free tool for your research) and look for best positioned keywords within this domain name. Try all the combinations until you find one available. Once found just check again for the monthly search date and buy it.
Tip for Google's adsense publishers:
before you start to look for the domain name look in keywordspy.com how much for the keyword (which one has to be included in your domain name) is paid. Why go for the cheap ones $0.5 PPC (price per click) if you can get, let's say, $6-10 per click. Does it makes sense?

Another option- you can go to ebay and buy one you like;)

Happy hunting for profitable and keywordrich domain name!

Welcome to my marketing and market trading blog!

If you reading this you probably interested in marketing and looking for some important and beneficial information. Congratulations! I won't tell you that you are on the right place (everyone tells this and I find it a bit annoying), but I will try to make more familiar with the SEO, Internet Marketing, Off-line marketing and a bit of finances. You choose what is more interesting to you.
Maybe all this? Just like me :)
Ok. Why I starting this blog at all? Couple of last years I been looking HOW TO MAKE MONEY ON INTERNET. All I came across- mostly was the SCAM (Those stupid dodgy photos someone standing by a nice house and more nice car and going from homeless to millionaire in 3-6 months-NONSENSE!) . I spend loads of money on work from home, stuffing stupid envelopes and so on. But you end up more loosing money than earning (if earning at all). So I been dipping deep inside the marketing books, exploring all the information on internet, attending seminars (despite me having Hon's degree in BA). The first of all what I learned is you have to try all on yourself to get familiar with the things. It's pretty easy as loads of marketers say but in reality is NOT. The competition is huge an and with every day is more harder to find a niche. But as I say: You will never hit the Jackpot if you won't buy the lottery ticket:)
So, in my blog I will write all the best online, off-line, SEO and market trading tips I came or will come across. That's what I am interested in (despite passion in cooking, composing and playing music, painting and martial arts:) and will be happy to share with you all my thoughts.
